kids to operate out of fear (Christians, college). I also think college is
a big waste of one's time, money, and mind if one is in the "liberal arts."
That could really be accomplished at a community college for a low cost and

etc., have a personnel structure such that each
position is assigned a grade level, and then that
grade level has an associated salary range. In many
cases, you cannot move above a certain grade level
