I haven't tried it yet but this summer I bought a Wasp Trap. I have a feeling it will work on both Wasps and bees but I won't be able to verify that until after Sukkot.
It was inexpensive and was under $10. I bought it at a Garden Centre. I just happened to see it at the check out counter. It has a hanger and you fill it with a mixture of water, sugar and liquid soap (I think, I'll have to read the instructions). It's worth a try. [...]

I don't know if you feel that you can do it, but I do know many mothers who have fasted *and* breastfed the entire day. Somehow, the body is able to compensate for a period, and produce enough milk without totally draining you. Designating people to hold the baby at the bris is basically a way of honoring them.
Halakhically, you must use 5 shekels of silver for a pidoyn haben. Five current Israeli shekels won't do the trick - I doubt if they have much silver in them at all. The shekel was originally a unit of weight, and the 5 shekels that you need come to about 100 grams. Five pre-WW II silver dollars are OK. The State of Israel mints pidyon haben [...]
