Hi!
Anyone with low cost ideas on how to do something similar to the "plague bags" being sold in stores? I was thinking maybe stick puppets or something? How does one show lice? How do you do the last plague?
When we have little ones at the table, we have taken to doing the 'magid' part of the seder as 'story time.' This year I was thinking of a narrated pantomime, where the kids could do the 'acting.' [...]

Shalom Adelle, I once saw a really cute idea for the plagues. First the children drew the plagues on pieces of paper - whatever their interpretation is, it's fine. Then they and some teens got up and sang a most hilarious rendition of "Pharaoh, Pharaoh". It is sung to the tune of "Louie, Louie, oohh - oohh, we gotta go . . ." Only the words are "Pharaoh, Pharaoh, oohh - oohh, let my people go!" Then the children marched around the room holding up their plague signs. Needless to say [...]
