I believe both of these to be fraudulent on a few grounds, whether or not the FOX 26 and Channel 3.

Reasons for my opinion:

1 - lesser reason: The company's, and government agency referred to who have bought into these
idea are all un-named. This is possibly to keep product development a secret, but as the principles
are being openly advertised, why not make use of the free publicity. [However, the blue unit seen in

David- thanks for the update on Tom. Tom Bearden used to work for the military. he and i have talked on and
off for 20 years. He is for real and one can trust his work entirely. He worked early on in the 70's & 80's on em
warfare and weather weapons. he did his only public radio discussion on it with me, as a promise he had made
