Dear Mochin Friends,
Shabbat Zachor, when we read the Torah portion exhorting us
to remember to eradicate the memory of Amalek, has come and
gone. Today, we are fasting in solidarity with the Persian Jews of
old who also fasted. But they, perhaps the majority of the Jewish
People of their time, were facing a death edict by the Persian king
