The Rambam (Hilchos Chametz Umatzah 8:1) says "Seder Asiyas Mitzvos Aylu Blayl 15 Kach Hu". Rambam also (4:1 Avodas Yom Hakippurim) utilizes similar language when discussing the laws of Yom Kippur, where he says "Seder Kal Hamasim Shbyom Zeh Kach Hu". What is the difference between "Seder Kol Hamasim" and "Seder Asiyas Mitzvos Aylu"? The Rambam (Chametz U'Matzah 8:1) uses the phrase B'tchila Mozgin Kos Lkol Echad. What does he mean with the word B'tchila. He should have said on the night of the 15th we are Mozeg for every person. Why preface the statement with the word B'tchila? [...]
