Certainly in Israel, and also anywhere in the Diaspora that I am familiar with.

These were, I stress, isolated cases, and showed no pattern even so. I would certainly follow the transcriptions of Asher Laufer as definitive.

I got HiText, but it reads standard Hebrew print only. It does not recognise Rashi nor cursive script. Another problem is that it save the document for HebrewDos only (although I can convert it for DavkaWriter in an IBM and also for NisusWriter in a Macintosh with Hebrew system, I am searching something to use in a MacOS).
