For right now, I've put the E-text of BHS (i.e. Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia, the recent scholarly edition of the Tanakh based on the Leningrad Codex manuscript) up at this URL: http://www.pemberley.com/janeinfo/bigpersonal/bhs-text.zip (over one megabyte compressed).

I'd think the former, based on "bei'ur" (with aleph), "eiruv".
